Below are terms that can suspend your account due to abuse on our servers. Please remember you are on a shared server and everyone is entitled to the server resources. This is a guideline for eurhosting.net and we will work with you so that you are not in violations of these terms.
CGI Scripts
Any scripts that pose a potential security risk or are deemed to be adversely affecting server performance or network integrity will be shut down or will be automatically removed without prior notice. Eurhosting does not permit CGI script sharing with domains not hosted by Eurhosting or any scripts that may be abused for UCE purposes.
Unlimited Hosting Space and Bandwidth
Unlimited hosting accounts do come with unlimited hosting space and bandwidth. But we start each account with a set limit but as you needs grow, simply contact us to request additional resources and we will increase it to whatever you need. This plan allows us to create more efficient use of our servers and provide better, faster, and more efficient hosting for our customers. Please note hosting space is intended for hosting and not intended for but not limited to online backup, Email, storage device for multimedia content such as, but not limited to, movies, music, photos, emails, or other media. Any use of our hosting service in this manner will be considered a violation of our terms of use and will result in automatic suspension of the hosting account without any prior notification.
File Count Limitation
Every eurhosting.net account is limited to no more than 150,000 total files. These files include, but are not limited to, website files, multimedia files, e-mail files, backup files, and anything else that may be stored on one’s hosting account. Should the 150,000 file limit be reached the customer has the option to either A) reduce the number of total files on the hosting account or B) Purchase an additional block of 50,000 files for the cost of € 10.00 per month. If a customer is contacted regarding the volume of files on his or her account and a response is not received, the account will automatically be billed for the excess files.
Software Distribution
Eurhosting Shared Hosting accounts are not configured for the purposes of distributing software and/or multimedia products. This includes but is not limited to file sharing, torrents, warez, and pirated material.
Multimedia Files
Multimedia files are defined as any graphics, audio, and video files. Eurhosting Shared Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing and storing unusual amounts of multimedia files. Any Web site whose hosting space usage for storing multimedia files exceeds 10% of the initial quota setup, in terms of total size or number of files, will be considered to be using an unusual amount of multimedia files.
Databases
Any database stored on Eurhosting Shared Hosting servers will be limited in size to 10% of the initial quota setup allotted for that particular domain’s plan/web hosting account.
CPU and Memory Limit
All accounts will be only allowed to use 10% of cpu and memory and can not exceed a session longer then 10 min. This includes all database uses, email, cron jobs, and any FTP sessions.
Email Limitation
Outgoing emails are limited to 300 per hour or 3000 per day whichever is reached first. This limitation is per hosting account. Any hosting account using in excess of 10% of its initial quota setup for Email storage will be considered a violation of our terms of use.
Removal of Account
If an account is suspended for any of the above reasons three or more times or has been in a suspended status for 60 days will be cancelled and removed from our servers.
Script CGI

Qualsiasi utilizzo del nostro servizio di hosting in questo modo sarà considerato una violazione dei nostri termini di utilizzo e provocherà la sospensione automatica del conto di hosting senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva.
Limite di conteggio dei file
Ogni account eurhosting.net è limitato a non più di 150.000 file totali. Questi file includono, ma non sono limitati a, file di siti web, file multimediali, file di posta elettronica, file di backup e tutto ciò che può essere memorizzato sul proprio account di hosting. Distribuzione software
Gli account di hosting di Eurhosting non sono configurati ai fini della distribuzione di software e / o di prodotti multimediali. Ciò include, ma non è limitato alla condivisione di file, torrents, warez e materiale pirata.
File multimediali
I file multimediali sono definiti come tutti i file grafici, audio e video. Gli account di hosting condiviso di Eurhosting non devono essere utilizzati per la distribuzione e l’archiviazione di quantità insoliti di file multimediali. Qualsiasi sito Web il cui utilizzo di spazio di hosting per la memorizzazione di file multimediali supera il 10% della configurazione iniziale delle quote, in termini di dimensione totale o numero di file, sarà considerato utilizzando un numero insolito di file multimediali.
Database
Ogni database memorizzato sui server di hosting condiviso di Eurhosting sarà limitato in dimensioni fino al 10% della quota iniziale assegnata per il piano / hosting web di quel particolare dominio.
CPU e limite di memoria
